EquaSched's smart scheduling engine evaluates millions of possible shift combinations to find the most balanced schedule for your clinic in seconds — factoring in coverage, staff preferences, and fairness rules simultaneously.

How does the fairness dashboard work?

After each generated schedule you get a 0–100 fairness score and a per-staff breakdown of total, day, night, and weekend shifts. On Pro, click any staff member for a Fairness Breakdown: a written explanation of their assignment, whether night or weekend load crosses the fairness threshold, how their count compares to peers by role, and a specific recommendation for the next schedule period.

Can I import my existing staff list?

Yes. Upload a CSV with name, email, role, and preferred shifts. The import runs in seconds and you can edit individual records afterward.

What happens when the trial ends?

You'll see a prompt to choose a plan. Your data stays safe. If you don't upgrade, you can still log in to export your staff list.

Do staff need to create accounts?

No. Staff receive their schedule by email. Swap requests (coming soon) will work via a personal link — no sign-up required.

Can staff sync their schedule to their personal calendar?

Yes. Every staff member gets a personal calendar link on their portal page. Subscribe once from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or any app that supports iCal — your schedule updates automatically every time the clinic publishes.

Is my data secure?

All data is stored in Postgres databases hosted by Supabase, which maintains SOC 2 Type II certification. EquaSched itself is not independently SOC 2 certified. Access is row-level isolated per clinic. Traffic is encrypted in transit.
